DELIVERY POLICIES
If the purchase process is completed successfully, the purchase will be confirmed on screen, providing the order number.
The order number uniquely identifies the purchase made by the User and is the means of identifying the purchase in case the User wishes to make any inquiry to us.
Additionally, the User will receive, at the email address provided, a purchase confirmation email. The purchase confirmation email cannot be used as a ticket to access the event. Tickets can be downloaded from the purchase confirmation email.
The User who purchases tickets may print the tickets at home directly in PDF format (Print at Home).
No shipments are made by regular mail; all tickets are delivered through the purchase confirmation email.
The City Council will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the tickets does not take place as a consequence of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User for this purpose.
